Stayed there mid Sep and it’s a late review.
Great location and friendly staff and very good service. Was there to celebrate my birthday and the team gave me a great surprise in my room.
The rooms are big, clean and modern. Booked the Resort Room. Loved the glass elevator on the outside of the hotel building where you can take it up to the top floor to see the amazing views to Catseye Beach.
Lots of cockatoos, so always remember to close your balcony door otherwise they will fly into your room and raid everything.
Did not know that they have a big “transit” lounge area in the lobby next to the toilets, until we were departing where there’s lockers and shower etc, so you could change and shower after you checked out if you had a later flight and went out to town or the main public pools etc.
Mini golf is next door and free water sports facilities at Catseye Beach. Buffet Breakfast was good too with a wide variety.
Massive thanks to the Front Desk Supervisor Ms Gio, who was so friendly and compassionate during check-in, as the birthday celebration was turned into a sad occasion when my beautiful dog had to be suddenly put down the night before back in Vic by my friend in emergency vet, and Gio looked after us.
Overall a very nice hotel, good location and friendly staff. Would stay there again if I was back in Hamilton Island.

漢密爾頓島最大的酒店了，正好趕上冬日優惠活動，在酒店附近的幾個餐廳吃飯小童免費，大人衹要點一個主菜就可以。出海的行程在漢島app上下單優惠25%，在島上的幾天艷陽高照，天氣好極了。進入房間陽台上的葵花鳳頭鸚鵡就在陽台等着你呢。樓下草坪下午有袋鼠活動，酒店的mini高爾夫收費，可以免費借籃球和足球，還有乒乓球可以玩，沙灘的槳板和帆船都是免費玩。不過貓眼沙灘的沙子和海水相對一般。房間陽台就能欣賞絕美日出。

房間不錯，很大。環境很好，動物很多，小孩子很喜歡。美中不足就是感覺枕頭套有點臟，甚至發黃。不知道是舊了還是什麼關係，感覺不太舒服。其他都還不錯

位置好，下樓就是貓眼沙灘，每天都去趕海，看到了鰩魚烏賊貓鯊等，玩樂的設施也是免費的，很開心，酒店早餐也很豐盛，非常好吃。

酒店位置很好，交通接駁也很方便。從大堡礁機場的行李提取處就能看到酒店的櫃枱，拿好行李後，直接坐上接駁車，5分鐘就到酒店了。我們入住的是海景房，景色絕美，而且房間也很大。入住時前台也提醒了拉好窗，因為經常會有鸚鵡出沒，其他沒啥問題
